I'M 18!!!

Sorry- the computer decides on and off when it wants to block "bad" sites... anyway, yes my days got better. Thursday was great- i don't remember what i did, but it was a good day.

Friday was school and yeah and i went to the klein football game. It was a blast! It's so cool to see my friends as real actual standleaders! omgosh we're really seniors!! Me and Ange and Tana and Red would all dance when all the drum guys (Brian too) would do their thang.  I had an awesome blast! oh and thanks Tay Tay for the ticket! 

Sat. i volunteered at TCH and went on the cancer floor, brain floor, and transplant/ general medicine. So rewarding. oh yeah! and grandparetns came over for bday! yay thank you

Today was church (which is always great).  We talked about the 2nd commandment about not worshiping idols. It's so cool.. God taught me something in prob the last sentence that Mike said.. His timing is always amazing. Then i came home did school, walked outside, and then rachel drou's house for c group stuff. Yay what a good week. 

I love senior year. I still have alot of school to do and all, but i'm so not bogged down like last year! it's great! Now that i have a bit more free time, I go exercise at the FLC, and it's a blast cause so many of my friends are there!  I've also gotten to konw some other people that otherwise i would not konw very well if we didn't hang out. I'm just so blessed! It also feels really good to work out my body and get rid of stress and crud.... like math test...  ahhhh  watch out boys!!! i've been practicing! Maybe someday soon we can play a REAL game of raquetball.. not just chasing after my bad hits :D

So Monday nights the senior girls (plus karlee) have a Bible study at caroline's house and it's totally awesome.  It's such a good time to bond with my girlies and just open up!  If there's enough time, we usually read a short book of the Bible and discuss it.  Last night we didn't start until late (b/c us girls just love to talk) so we talked about what we were thankful for and our favorite verses. I am so blessed.  One of my fav verses is Exodus 14:14-- "The Lord will fight for you, you need only to be still."  I just reminds me to put all trust in God. Of course we can't just sit there and be lazy, but  we have to remember that we need to depend on Him and His PERFECT plan... oh it's so wonderful

Hey! Today was a wonderful day!  First I went to church.. we will be going throught the ten commandments in the next several weeks or so, so that's nice! It will be good to study each of them one by one to get a good study of them all.  I also saw Ange's homecoming pics from last night! Omgosh everyone was so beautiful! i'm so jealous!! (hm... commandment #10.. gotta work on that one!!) 

So then i came home, ate, and went to Barnes and Nobles to study math with a girl from class.. we studied for an hour and 40 min straight! wow test is tomorrow... but i think it'll be fine!!

This week i was talking to cheryl miller, and in our little convo, she said something so meaninful! Jesus and God are so different.. just think about it!  I've fallen in love with Jesus, but i need to work more on falling in love with my GOD!  It really shows me the diff between the old and new testament too! wow can't wait to read and learn more about my precious, and strict- but- loving GOD!
